Click "Password lost" in the upper connection space on the right of the page and follow the instructions on the screen. You will receive immediately a new password by email. You can change it in your profile.
Contact us through our form. We will send you information by email to recover your connection.
To access the registration of an event, log on to your account and click on the event of your choice (page current events or search). Depending on your age and gender, available categories for you are displayed. Select the category of your choice and click "add to cart", follow the path until checkout.
Probably your date of birth is incorrect, please go to your profile and check that all required fields are filled in correctly, both in terms of format and data. If the problem is not solved, contact us through our contact form.
There are several possibilities:
- Your e-mail address is simply not valid.
- Your e-mail address has a mistake (spelling)
- Our confirmation emails go into your SPAM box.
Try to correct the information and if the problem persists, please contact us.
In your personal profile you find the button "Purchases and receipts" and in this module, you will find a summary of your purchases and payments. You can also check your registration by finding your name on the start list of the race. If you are registered, a green check follows your name.
If free codes exist for the event you are interested in, an input field is shown when you are on the registration form (once you select the category nd proceed). Enter the code for free or reduced fee enrolment in this field. If it is valid, it will subtract the amount of the voucher from your bill.
